The LUCApedia database is a resource that enables testing and corroboration of hypotheses about early evolutionary history. We have used several versions of the original database for a number of studies and will soon release a version 2.0. For the most up-to-date version, please contact Aaron Goldman.

Simmerpop (SIMulation of eMERgent POPulations) is a set of artificial life simulation models that allow users to test hypotheses about early evolution.
